![]() ![]() Unfortunately these extensions are already needing to be removed as they are not of an acceptable quality. There are plenty out there with better customer service. For the price that you pay and get bad customer service, look into another company for your hair. They do not give you a refund nor do they even offer to send it to you overnight like it is your fault your item was missing. Customer Service was horrible and I had to call them for someone to tell me that I should have paid for secure tracking and that they will only make this exception to send me a new item within 5-7 business days. Then they wrote again that the video shows that both items were packed. I told them I only received 1 of the items and then they told me to send them a photo of the packing and of the 1 item which I did. I only received 1 of my items and I sent them an email and then they informed me that they looked at their video and that they see that both items were packed. This was my first time ordering from this site and it went terribly wrong. I can't trust that I will get the right color ever again, and customer service basically called me a liar when I complained. I am sorry to say, that I will be looking for a different company to buy extensions from. They remy tape-ins are way, way darker, and have a slight yellowish tinge to them. One of the remy tape-ins, and one of the invisi tape-ins. ![]() She even suggested using a different company.However, since I liked the quality of the extensions, I thought I would give it one last try. It was obvious my extensions were 2 very different colors. But, to be fair, they sent me another pack.of the wrong color. They basically told me I was wrong, both packs were the same color. I reached out to the company the 1st time this happened and sent them pictures of the hair. And, for the last 3 times, the invisi and the remy were two different colors, even though they both said iced blonde. I usually buy one pack of the 16th in invisi-tape-ins, and one pack of the remy. I have been buying iced blonde tape-ins for 2 years. I am sadly disappointed to say that for the 3rd time in a row, I received the wrong color hair extensions. Wrong color extensions/poor customer service ![]()
